Bible School:
I see that Bible School is very important for the believers who want to serve God as pastors, full time workers in the church, kids’ teachers and work with youth and so on. So we decided to run Bible Schools in order to help these people to train, equip and strengthen them for the work of the ministry.
The bible states that: ………….The harvest is plenteous, but the laborers are few ……… Mathews.9:35-38
So in order to raise more laborers, we need to train and equip more people to go to the mission field.
Now we run two Bible Schools:
- One Bible School, we teach from Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day in the evening with about 20 young people. This one we graduated the first batch last July 2009. There were 25 graduated students. And now are going the teaching. This one we would like to help 10 students from other provinces or districts to come and stay in the school to study, so we need some budget for them.
Please donate us financially, if you have the same heart to train people to go to the harvest field as I do. You can sponsor only US$ 50 per students for their food, bathroom supplies and other needs, so you can gain one person to do the work of God after he/she graduates from our Bible School.
- One more, we have all teachers from Philippine to teach. This one we hold it only 4 times a year and 10 whole days per time. This one, we just graduated the first batch last May 2010 with 39 students.
We will be starting another batch this coming September 2010. Please pray for us to have enough fund to do it. We need to pay for their food for each time. One time, we need US$2,000 with 50 students.
Church Planting:
Church Planting is one of the most important projects in our ministry. Only through this, so we can quickly accomplish the great commission that has been commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ for us to do- (Mattews.28:18-20)
Up to now, we plant churches in two different provinces:
1. It is in Kampong Thom province, we have 13 village outreaches.
2. In Kampong Chhnang province, we have 10 village outreaches.
In order for us to reach out more villages and keep the old ones going on well, we need to send workers or pastors to do it.
So please pray for us to have finances to support those who we will ordain and send them out to carry on this work.
You can decide right away to support one pastor or worker just US$ 70 per month each one of them, so you can win thousands of lost souls for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Dormitory For Students:
Dormitory is an important project as well in our ministry, because through providing accommodation for the High School Students and University students, we can reach them with the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ. Especially we can teach them God’s word every day.
As the result, since we’ve started our dormitory, all of students who stay in the dorm have been saved and they totally surrendered and committed their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ.
We have been running two dormitories so far.
One is for High School students, located in Kampong Thom province; we rent a small house which can afford only around 8 to 10 young men. And other one is in Phnom Penh, which is for University students, so far there are about 20 students who are staying there and all of them are Christian now.
Please help us financially to pay for the rental of these two building and utilities, if you are interested with that. For one month, we need US$ 400.
English Free of Charge:
We also teach English free of charge to young people in the community at our church. We decided not to charge them any fee because we want them to come to church on Sunday, so we can evangelize or tell them the gospel.
As the result, since we have done this, there have been many young people have been saved, even though after they finish their High School and go to study at university in Phnom Penh or in other places but they are still faithful to God and go to church every Sunday.
Please pray for us, we need 300 chairs, 60 tables and 3 whiteboards. The total cost is US$ 1,500. And also we need US$ 200 per month to pay for 4 teachers. Through this we can win thousands of lost souls for Christ.
Monthly Women Fellowship & Prayer:
So far we have started women fellowship & prayer meeting once a month. Why Women Fellowship & Prayer Meeting? We are doing this, because through these activities we can strengthen their faith and it can encourage them to be hungry to serve God more and especially to get to know each other more, so that they don't feel they are lonely being a Christian.
We are doing this every Friday of the last week of each month.
Prayer Request for This Activity: We need US $ 200 per month for fellowship lunch together for women.
Community Help:
We would love people to have enough water for using by digging water well for them, building toilet, help them to do livelihood and so on.
God cares about orphans, widows, the poor, the lost, the oppressed.... we care too.
